hard to remember fix what…. just remember in a seaview conf. room and imagine the possibility in owning an office have this view one day:)
experience a strong-style manager, clear instruction and logical thinking, not blow water.
if under this guy you will learn a lot, meanwhile, do a lot 🙂
what’s a pitty … he has 2 good and 2 poor subordinates …interesting, civial servant behave good rather than contract staff ~

starting to rollout in TA, slow process, lucky no domain related, just config stupid lotus notes….
waste time to poor arrangement again …. part of my responsibility …. next time don’t just follow the order…
unless your leader is smart and give a clear instruction to you ….
Needa to think more and deeper …. try to make a plan before you do it ….
prepare the checklist, account, password, label it…. any measure to improve your work….
wait someone transfer token key to site….. don’t know who is CM user ….. no experience to migrate from eng!mator to N
no bookmark arrangement ….. “non-optimized” process …. mass rather than idv….
wrong decision… put effort to out-of-scope matter…. windows domain is not our part of work….

CGO, start roll out, slow again, Windows domain … access control issue ….
super trouble to logout > login as localAdmin > assign right for user, login domain admin,
logout localAdmin > login as domain user > continue installation / config …. > access right again ….
manually delete workspace icon, then add it in new location …..
No preparation work before roll out …. super poor management … even can’t provided a complete name list….

btw…. imagine v. noisy during march….. no voice unless near road side window….

a funny assistant manager … he dated a user on 1030 … yet allow us to arrive at 11:00
when he call me at 1115, i was late and still on the way ….. can’t figure out why he didn’t notify us he dated user….
wrong decision again …. don’t wanna wait someone with uncertainity……voice out back to PP to transport PC….
