青少年網上日記4.3％作假
多宣泄真實感受研究員﹕可作交流工具

【明報專訊】青少年流行在網上寫日記抒發情感，突破機構一項網上問卷調查發現，曾接觸網上日記（blog）的青少年中，七成半曾撰寫網上日記。調查顯示，5.7％作者會跨大記述的事情，4.3％會作假日記，但網上日記亦有其正面作用，有助增加友儕間的了解和關心。………

網上日記表達自己，促進溝通。
網上日記是部分網站提供的服務，用戶可定期更新文字和圖像，且設有留言版供訪客交流。突破「香港青少年研究檔案」小組今年2至3月以網上問卷形式，訪問10至29歲曾接觸網上日記青少年，收回有效問卷1064份，回收率51%。受訪者以女性為主（62.5%），80.9%為學生。

調查發現，75.5%受訪者曾撰寫網上日記，其中61.8%已寫了超過1年。至於日記內容，超過七成關於生活瑣事和朋友相處，其次是學業與事業（62.4%），約27.3%表達對時事的意見。調查又發現，受訪的網上日記作者當中，77.9%認為網上日記能讓他們宣泄感受和想法，約五成表示能放膽表達自己平日不敢說出來的看法。

陳之虎指出，有85.2%的受訪網上日記作者，會公開大部分以至全部日記，只有小部分曾在日記說謊，反映大部分青少年的網上日記內容真實，在網上開放自己與朋友溝通，並非社會上的「隱蔽人士」。他認為，網上日記是有效的人與人溝通工具，可透過日記向朋友說出見面時不敢說的心底話，是正面的交流平台，不會因為上網而減少與朋友溝通。[作假?? for what??]
